Daniel is a licensed broker, Realtor®, & founder of Group One Realty. He holds his real estate license in Colorado & Nebraska. In just eight years, he has represented clients in over 30 deals with a total sales volume of over $20 million. Daniel has extensive experience with new developments, vacant land, estate sales, investment properties, condos & single-family residences.
In addition, Daniel also works with small businesses & entrepreneurs helping them to find commercial properties. Some clients include XGolf Colorado & XGolf Nebraska.
Daniel also maintains a FAA pilot's license which allows him to specialize in producing professional quality aerial photos & video of client's properties.
Daniel is a 6th generation Coloradoan who loves to ski and golf. He graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Finance and minors in Accounting and Business Ethics & Legal Studies
